Great ice cream

First time there, I reserved a table for two (my wife and I). Upon arrived we were pleasently surprised that they guessed it's for a date and set us up with the comfy chairs at a private table in a quiet corner. The service was good, the ice-cream was, obviously, great and the fondue was cute, delicious and just what we expected. Went there more than once and will do so again!

The price is really justified!

Super Sweet and calories rich, no proper sitting place though expensive menu .. OK for those who dont care about health and money

Unfortunately, due to Corona, ice cream is only sold outside the home. No waffles etc. anymore

Worst ice cream in the whole of Berlin, super unfriendly, smelly, lazy service, prefers to play with the cell phone, dirty tables. Absolutely not recommendable. It's a shame that you can't give minus stars. Would immediately give -100 stars.

As previous reviews have already written, we also think that the shop is probably closing or has just closed. We were delicious at the Italian in the evening and afterwards wanted to have a dessert at the Häagen Dazs ... Unfortunately it was closed, even though it was on the net that they opened. Really sad. It was good, however, that there was a second Häagen Dazs shop on the flat to the Gedächtnisskirche, if only to take away ... There we could still enjoy our ice cream. It's a shame. Please at least update your opening hours.

I don't know if they are closing this store or because of the pandemics, but on a Saturday afternoon they only had a few ice cream flavor options. No chocolate at all, no big waffle cone, and a sad atmosphere. And the price is too high for a single scoop of really sugary ice creams. Disappointing.

Chic café. Great service! Delicious ice cream with any side dishes you could wish for. Considered price performance, one can only recommend it!

They need to work on their staff, they had no clue what's going on. It was a mess! We waited a long time and the order didn't even look like the pictures. The dishes over the counter looked like a big mess. Staff shouting at each other. Häagen dazs has a high price, I expect more than from a usual ice cream shop

A great amount of various ice cream and desserts. Everyone will find something for themselves in all types and flavors. Caramel strawberries, fruit, chocolate, vanilla to choose and color. You can also buy ice cream in boxes and prices range from 3 € to 5 € euros for take-out cups and id 5 to 20 euros for ice cream desserts.

So much better than the other Häagen-Dazs restaurants in Berlin. Here we were served quickly, the place was clean and tidy and the portions of ice-cream for both of the dishes were generous!

Absolutely unfriendly staff! Total overstrain with a handful of customers! If you pay for a sundae scarce 15 €, the service should be accordingly!

The ice cream is just like Häagen Dazs is. Delicious! But you can really forget the service. Completely overworked waitress, who came to the table 3 times and asked what was ordered. In the end, something was completely wrong and a person did not get anything.

The worse Service ever! They just make you pay before you get what you order so you can get the money back for the bad service. We have ordered some waffles and they just came back and said that they don't have it and we payed already. They money they gave us back was also not the whole amount! Will never come here again thank you.

Rude staff. Very slowly. Half an hour for cutlery. 40 minutes for a coffee. I do not recommend this ice cream parlor at all. After that came the ice cream and I have to say it was one of the best ice cream I ever had.

All I wanted was a cold coffee. Without ice balls in it only on ice cubes. Since the service was too stupid to understand that, I had to pay 7 € for it. That's the price for a regular iced coffee with two ice cream balls in it. It was not possible for me to discuss it. That was amazing. The Americano of my girlfriend cost 3 €.

My most favorite place am Kudam! Very friendly staff, cozy atmosphere and my love - the best ice cream in the world. Must visit!

Awesome desserts in the centre of Berlin.

Very nice cafe right on the Kurfürstendamm! In addition to the tables on the street there is a quiet cozy courtyard! Very friendly staff. I recommend visiting this place and be sure to try the ice cream fondue

Wonderful cafe on the main street of Berlin. I have been there several times, and I can say with confidence that I will come again! The staff is friendly and friendly. This is just a sweet tooth paradise.

Delicious ice cream eaten on the Kurfürstendamm at the häagen-Dazs nice terrace with lots of entertainment on the street among other street musicians who play nice music and when they are done they come along with their hats

Best ice cream ever but the service is bad and confused. I got twice the wrong ice.

Second time the creations are not the ones from menu. You get a replacement for e.g. for Tarte and nobody notifies you. This is far away from standard of my beloved ice-cream brand. Service is slow and not so friendly.

Very tasty ice cream and due to the size and quality of the balls, the "high price" is very well justified. I can recommend you each type of ice cream, because depending on what one tastes to 100% something is.
